If you are still considering making a financial gift this tax season, a donation to SCARS will help provide care for up to 1000 rescue animals over the next year.

Every dog and cat will receive the necessary medical care they require. They will be fed, sheltered, trained, enriched and loved deeply by our team at SCARS until the time at which their forever family comes.

For our senior residents your donation will help us ensure their golden years are as bright as possible while they are at SCARS and also help provide any ongoing medical support they might need in their advanced years.

Boston is an almost 9-year-old Bull Arab cross who is searching for a loving family to offer him a safe and secure retirement home.  In return he will reward you with unwavering loyalty, affection, and the quiet joy that only a senior dog can bring.

Boston has been waiting for over 100 days to find his family and your donation can help support him while he waits.

At 12 years old, Gypsy is one of our oldest senior felines. She is waiting patiently for a quiet, permanent foster family.  She takes daily medication to keep her feeling well, and she handles her routine like a champ.
